We stand behind ClickMimic. If you're not completely satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

If ClickMimic doesn't meet your expectations, simply request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. We'll process it promptly - no justification required.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if your refund request is made within 7 days of your original purchase date.
The refund window begins on the date of purchase, as recorded by our payment processor Dodo Payments.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. You have two options:
Option 1: Email Us
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your order number or receipt number
- The email address used for purchase
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
Option 2: Through Your Account
You can also request a refund directly through your account page. Navigate to your licenses, find your subscription, and click the "Request Refund" button.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received:
- We will acknowledge your request within 1-2 business days
- Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Note: The refund will appear on your statement as a credit from Dodo Payments, not ClickMimic or AFFWORK CONSULTORIA DE TI LTDA, as Dodo Payments is our payment processor.
After Your Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your ClickMimic subscription will be cancelled
- Your license will be deactivated
- Access to the software and any activated features will be revoked
- Any downloaded application files may remain on your device but will no longer function without a valid license
You're always welcome to subscribe again in the future if you decide to give it another try.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Dodo Payments customer portal.
When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your license will be deactivated.
The 7-day refund policy applies only to initial purchases. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly for refunds rather than initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company.
Chargebacks create additional fees and administrative burden. If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us first at [email protected]. We're committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.
