1. Introduction
Welcome to ClickMimic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClickMimic software application ("Software") provided by AFFWORK CONSULTORIA DE TI LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 50.055.859/0001-76 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using ClickMimic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
2. Definitions
- "Software" refers to the ClickMimic desktop application for macOS, including all updates and related documentation.
- "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Software.
- "License" refers to the right granted to you to use the Software under these Terms.
- "Dodo Payments" refers to Dodo Payments, our payment processor.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use ClickMimic for personal or commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
System Requirements:
- macOS 12 (Monterey) or later required
- Compatible with Intel and Apple Silicon Macs
- Accessibility permissions required for automation features
Your license is tied to your account and may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified at the time of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use ClickMimic only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Software to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Automate actions that violate terms of service of third-party applications or websites
- Use the Software to create spam, phishing attempts, or malicious automation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices from the Software
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Use the Software to infringe on the rights of others
- Share your license credentials with unauthorized users
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your use of ClickMimic and any automated workflows you create. This includes:
- Ensuring your automations comply with applicable laws and third-party terms of service
- Monitoring automated workflows to prevent unintended actions
- Backing up important data before running automation sequences
- Keeping your system and the Software updated
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from your use of automated workflows.
6. Intellectual Property
ClickMimic and all related intellectual property rights are owned by AFFWORK CONSULTORIA DE TI LTDA. This includes but is not limited to the software code, design, graphics, logos, and documentation.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software; it does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by AFFWORK CONSULTORIA DE TI LTDA.
7. Payment and Pricing
All payments for ClickMimic are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Dodo Payments' terms of service and privacy policy.
ClickMimic is offered as a subscription service with monthly and yearly billing options. Pricing and subscription terms may change for future purchases, but your existing subscription terms will remain as agreed at the time of your purchase.
Dodo Payments handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf. Your payment details are processed securely by Dodo Payments; we do not store your credit card information.
8. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ClickMimic for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

9. Privacy
Your use of ClickMimic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Your macro recordings and automation workflows are stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or store your automation data on our servers.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You use the Software at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AFFWORK CONSULTORIA DE TI LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Software is revoked
- You must cease all use of the Software
- You must destroy any copies of the Software in your possession
Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the termination occurs within the 7-day refund period and you have not violated these Terms.
13. Updates and Modifications
We may update ClickMimic periodically to improve functionality, fix bugs, and enhance security. Updates may be delivered automatically or require manual installation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Software. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
